Kayla offers multiple package options depending on your wedding music needs. All ceremony music packages include Kayla and Mike on accompaniment. It is important to know that any package can be altered to suit to wedding music requirements. You may want to add additional instruments to your package to create the perfect wedding music ensemble for you. Any amount of instruments can be added to your package. Packages

Ceremony music only – The Ceremony music only package includes Kayla and accompaniment from Mike on guitar and/or piano. Kayla works with every couple to create a bespoke wedding ceremony setlist for their church ceremony or civil/humanist ceremony. Couples can work from Kayla’s setlist or they can ask for any amount of new requests. Kayla does not limit the amount of new requests she will learn for any couple as music is key to making your wedding ceremony personal to you.
Ceremony and Pre-reception Music – This is Kayla’s most popular package as she and Mike create such an amazing atmosphere at the welcome reception in your venue with their lively acoustic set. This package includes ceremony music and 2 hours of music as your guests enjoy the arrivals reception at your wedding reception venue. During the drinks reception both Kayla and Mike sing with Mike on guitar and Kayla on piano. They perform a wide variety of music to suit all ages and will accept any requests from guests as they afternoon goes on. This music entertainment is a little more than background music however not over power your guests who will be mingling and chatting. The duo will also keep an eye and introduce the newly married couple as they arrive back to the venue after their photos. This creates a magical atmosphere and gives the couple the welcome they deserve to celebrate with family and friends.

Additional Instruments

Many couples choose to add additional instruments such as violin, cello or harp. Kayla and Mike create beautiful ceremony music with out added instruments but if you have a specific song or sound in mind, it may be an option for you to consider. Any instrument can be added as Kayla has studied music and worked with many professional musicians over the last decade.

Full Day Music Packages

Kayla and The Experts specialise in wedding music and entertainment. No wedding is the same and no couple are the same. For this reason, there are multiple options to choose from in terms of your full day package.

The Experts Full Day Package – This package is our most popular and includes Ceremony and drinks reception music by Kayla and Mike, The Experts 5 piece band and DJ Service.
The Intimate Wedding Package – This package is designed for smaller, intimate weddings with a lower number of guests and smaller venue size. This package includes Ceremony and Drinks reception music by Kayla and Mike, The Experts Intimate 3 piece band and DJ service.
